Job summary

Revlon Corporate is seeking a Senior Specialist, Learning & Development to design, develop, and sustain learning solutions across corporate functions. You will partner with HR, Talent, and leaders to translate strategic priorities into scalable programs that strengthen capability and performance.

You will lead enterprise learning strategies, create scalable learning pathways, and ensure content is inclusive and globally applicable. This hybrid role partners across global teams to drive impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, I/O Psychology, Communications, or related field.
• 5-8+ years in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related area.
• Experience designing enterprise and leadership development programs.
• Experience applying instructional design and adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and sustain learning solutions for corporate and enterprise functions.
• Lead manager and leadership development experiences with practical transfer to the workplace.
• Create facilitator guides, participant resources, and reinforcement tools.
• Manage learning initiatives from discovery through sustainment and evaluation.
• Collaborate with HR, Leaders, and SMEs; ensure alignment with enterprise priorities.
