Sotera Health seeks a Senior Training Specialist to lead company-wide training strategy and standardization across multiple departments. The role partners with leadership to ensure training systems support long-term business, quality, and regulatory needs.

You will mentor Training Specialists I and II, collaborate with SMEs, and drive continuous improvement of training programs to maintain readiness and efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of project management tools.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and works independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Mentoring and hands-on training experience.
• Knowledge of training development models like ADDIE.

Responsabilités

• Identify areas for improvement within department processes and training.
• Coordinate with SMEs to standardize laboratory training.
• Publish training modules and maintain training materials.
• Lead training updates in response to process changes and QE trends.
• Mentor Training Specialists I and II; support trainer development.
• Ensure training programs meet regulatory requirements and quality standards.
