Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation in Miami is seeking a Learning Designer to provide specialized design and delivery support for North America PRO retail teams. You will create and facilitate learning initiatives, communicate with stakeholders, and assist LMS administration and reporting to support NA Retail goals.

Qualifications

• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong presentation or facilitation experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with LMS and eLearnings; design assets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver elevated learning experiences across topics.
• Support LMS administration, reporting, and learner communication.
• Collaborate with NA Retail and Global L&D teams.
• Deliver instructor-led content in-person or virtual.
• Create and edit learning materials with basic graphic design.
• Champion global learning initiatives and stakeholder adoption.
