• Prior learning & development experience preferred.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Articulate and Rise.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, ability to deliver both virtual and in-person.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver learning experiences on product knowledge and job skills.
• Manage LMS tasks including uploading, assigning, and reporting training.
• Analyze learning completion reports and learner feedback surveys.
• Design learning materials using Articulate and Rise.
• Facilitate instructor-led trainings both in-person and virtually.
• Communicate with stakeholders on global learning initiatives.

Summary

Provide specialized learning design and delivery support for North America PRO retail teams, partnering with global and regional stakeholders to implement learning initiatives. Manage Learning Management System tasks, reporting, and learner communications while designing engaging eLearning and instructor-led content. Deliver training in-person and virtually and support adoption of talent development tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver learning experiences on product knowledge, selling & service, leadership, business acumen, and job skills
• Manage LMS tasks including uploading, assigning, recording, and reporting training
• Generate and analyze learning completion reports and learner feedback surveys
• Design and edit learning materials using Articulate and Rise, including basic graphic design and copywriting
• Facilitate instructor-led trainings in-person and virtually and become certified in targeted programs
• Communicate with stakeholders and champion global learning initiatives for NA retail client groups
