Job summary

The role involves managing Learning Management System tasks, designing engaging eLearning, and delivering training both in-person and virtually.

The ideal candidate should have prior learning and development experience, be proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, and possess strong presentation and facilitation skills.

Qualifications

• Prior learning & development experience preferred.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Articulate and Rise.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, ability to deliver both virtual and in-person.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver learning experiences on product knowledge and job skills.
• Manage LMS tasks including uploading, assigning, and reporting training.
• Analyze learning completion reports and learner feedback surveys.
• Design learning materials using Articulate and Rise.
• Facilitate instructor-led trainings both in-person and virtually.
• Communicate with stakeholders on global learning initiatives.
