Job summary

Your role includes managing learning administration in the LMS, creating training materials, and facilitating engaging instructor-led and virtual programs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Learning & Development, proficiency in Articulate and Rise, and strong organizational and communication skills. This position is based in New Jersey, providing opportunities for collaborative talent development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Prior Learning & Development experience preferred; experience facilitating or presenting to retail audiences.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Articulate and Rise.
• Strong organizational, project management, and time-management skills.
• Creative copywriting and basic design skills for learning collateral.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage learners.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver elevated learning experiences on product knowledge and job skills.
• Manage stakeholder communications and coordinate learning requests.
• Perform LMS administration tasks.
• Generate and analyze learning completion reports.
• Create and edit learning materials using Articulate and Rise.
• Deliver instructor-led training in-person and virtually.
