Job summary

Alpha seeks a Lead Guide to coach Guides, develop leaders, and build a culture of excellence across campuses. You will focus on coaching, life skills workshops, and motivating students to reach ambitious goals within a data-driven framework.

This role requires building teams, launching new campuses, and maintaining uncompromising standards while inspiring others to meet them. Relocation support is available for multiple campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field (required).
• Master's degree preferred for advancement and leadership responsibilities.
• 5+ years in education, coaching, or related leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while maintaining Alpha's standards.
• Lead life skills workshops to develop communication, leadership, and real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
