Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Lead Guide to build and coach a team of Guides across select campuses. You won't teach in the traditional sense but will foster a culture of excellence through coaching, life-skills workshops, and high-performance expectations.

Your success will be measured by student experiences and team results. This full-time, on-site leadership role requires at least five years in education or related leadership, with a track record of building teams and using data to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of leadership experience in education, coaching, or learning & development.
• Experience leading teams of five or more, including hiring and performance decisions.
• Proven ability to use data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience working with children ages 5–14 in educational or coaching settings.
• Experience launching new teams or campuses from zero.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's standards.
• Leading life skills workshops to develop communication, leadership, and real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals in self-directed programs.
• Using data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and outcomes.
• Help launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and accountability.
