Alpha is hiring to lead a team focused on transforming K-12 education through mentorship and data-driven performance. You will coach Guides, run life skills workshops, and help students achieve ambitious learning goals across multiple campuses.

This is a full-time, on-site leadership role requiring a track record of building high-performing teams, openness to relocating, and a passion for innovative education models that go beyond traditional lectures.

Qualifications

• Requires five+ years in education, coaching, or leadership.
• Proven ability to lead teams of five or more and hire/terminate based on performance.
• Experience using data to drive improvements and coaching conversations.

Responsibilities

• Coaches Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's high standards.
• Leads life skills workshops to develop communication, leadership, focus, and real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivates students to achieve ambitious learning goals in self-directed programs.
• Uses data and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Supports launching new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and accountability.
