Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking a Learning Design and Delivery Specialist to support NA PRO Retail teams. The role centers on creating engaging learning experiences, managing LMS tasks, and collaborating with the Global Employee Learning Experience group to deploy NA learning initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring proven Learning & Development experience, strong presentation skills, and experience with Articulate Rise and other authoring tools.

Qualifications

• Prior Learning & Development experience preferred.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong presentation or facilitation experience preferred.
• Ability to manage more than one project at a time.
• Creative ability and copyrighting skills for learning collateral.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proficiency with Rise & Articulate tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide Learning design & delivery support for NA PRO Retail teams.
• Create and facilitate learning experiences on topics like Product Knowledge, Selling & Service.
• Support Learning Management System tasks: upload, assign, track, report.
• Generate completion reports and learner feedback surveys.
• Collaborate with Global Employee Learning Experience and stakeholders.
