Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation in the United States is seeking a Learning Experience specialist to provide design and delivery support to the North America PRO retail teams. The role includes creating learning experiences, facilitating sessions, managing LMS tasks, and reporting progress, in collaboration with the Global Employee Learning Experience team.

You will work with stakeholders across the People division and leadership to deploy NA learning initiatives, deliver instructor-led and virtual

Qualifications

• Learning & Development experience preferred.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong presentation or facilitation experience preferred.
• Strong project management skills to balance multiple stakeholders.
• Capable to communicate at all levels clearly.
• Experience with LMS and eLearnings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized Learning design & delivery support to NA PRO Retail teams.
• Develop and deliver learning experiences on topics including Product Knowledge, Selling & Service, Leadership Development, Business Acumen, and Job Skills.
• Support LMS tasks: uploading, assigning, recording, and reporting training.
• Generate and analyze Learning completion reporting and learner feedback surveys.
• Deliver instructor-led learning content in-person or virtually.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement global talent development tools and initiatives.
