Job summary

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory seeks a Senior Learning Experience Designer to design, deliver, and measure high-impact learning solutions across the Lab. You'll blend asset production, project management, and analytics to accelerate the Digital Design Team's workflow.

This virtual role requires expertise in ADDIE/SAT, Articulate 360, Power BI, and learning ROI. You will coordinate training for staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with SMEs across a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of instructional design and delivery experience (BS/BA) OR 5 years (MS/MA)
• Experience applying ROI methodologies to learning solutions to drive business performance
• Ability to design and deliver modern digital learning assets and analytics

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and measure high-impact learning solutions for lab staff and non-staff
• Coordinate training plans, track compliance, and maintain records
• Manage projects, pilots, and reporting; coordinate vendor tech integration
• Develop dashboards and ROI analyses to quantify learning outcomes and business impact
• Create digital learning content using Articulate 360 and Adobe tools
• Publish content to the LMS with correct SCORM/xAPI metadata
• Collaborate with SMEs, course owners, and leaders to align with mission goals
