Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) seeks a Senior Learning Experience Designer to design, develop, and measure modern learning solutions across the lab. You will blend asset production, project management, facilitation, and analytics to support the Digital Design Team’s workflow and ensure regulatory training compliance.

You will build dashboards, apply ROI methodologies, and publish engaging, accessible content using Articulate 360, Adobe CC, and related tools, while coordinating

Qualifications

• BS/BA with 7+ years in instructional design or MS/MA with 5+ years.
• Experience applying ROI methodologies to learning solutions.
• Experience designing and delivering digital learning assets (eLearning, video, simulations).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver digital learning assets including eLearning and microlearning.
• Lead learning measurement strategies and dashboards (Power BI, Performitiv).
• Coordinate training plans, scheduling, and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to align training with mission outcomes.
