Job summary

TekWissen Group seeks a Senior Instructional Designer for a 13-month remote assignment. You will craft multimedia eLearning using Articulate Rise, Storyline, and the Adobe suite, delivering video-based and SCORM-enabled courses.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in instructional design, strong branding adherence, and the ability to work with SMEs and stakeholders. Jira-driven project tracking and SharePoint familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of instructional design and eLearning development experience.
• Proficiency with Articulate Rise and Storyline for developing SCORM-compliant courses.
• Experience creating multimedia learning content (video, microlearning).
• Familiarity with SharePoint, LMS platforms, and content publishing processes.
• Strong collaboration with SMEs, stakeholders, and Learning & Development leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design educational materials aligned with branding guidelines.
• Create and assemble eLearning modules, quick references, and microlearning videos.
• Test materials with SMEs and learners to ensure quality and usability.
• Publish SCORM courses to LMS and manage video assets in repositories.
• Maintain SharePoint pages and update learning content regularly.
• Collaborate with L&D leadership and manage feedback, timelines, and progress using Jira.
