Job summary

sus.com is seeking a Learning Experience Design Manager in the New York area to oversee the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of enterprise learning programs. You will collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to assess needs and create impactful learning experiences that drive knowledge and skill development.

You will lead projects from inception to evaluation, ensuring accessibility and learner-centered delivery across live in-person, live online, and asynchronous

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
• 5+ years of instructional design or learning experience.
• Strong consultation, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience designing curricula for adult learners.
• Experience with authoring tools and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Identify learning and performance needs with stakeholders.
• Design, develop, curate, and improve learning experiences grounded in adult learning principles.
• Manage learning programs from planning through implementation and evaluation.
• Facilitate learning experiences and promote facilitator quality.
• Contribute to learning measurement and continuous improvement.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams.
