Job summary

The role collaborates with SMEs, manages the LMS, and drives continuous improvement across onboarding and leadership development. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, multiple years of adult training experience, and familiarity with Alaska

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Leadership, Human Resources, Instructional Design, Business Management, or related field; experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis.
• Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in developing and facilitating training for adult learners.
• Two (2) years of experience serving Alaska Native/American Indian peoples; there is also a five-year experience requirement.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in developing and facilitating training for adult learners.
• Professional certification in adult learning, instructional design, and/or project management.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct needs assessments and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs and translate findings into curricula and programs.
• Develop and deliver training with clear objectives, outlines, and materials.
• Lead LMS administration and track training, evaluations, and quality metrics.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and leadership development activities.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure effective training materials and delivery.
