Job summary

Luminare Health is seeking a Sr. Training Specialist to partner with operational SMEs and leaders to design, deliver, and evaluate learning solutions that improve performance and speed to proficiency.

The role requires consulting with stakeholders to identify gaps, conduct training needs analyses, and measure learning effectiveness. The Senior Training Specialist drives instructional excellence and operational readiness across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in learning & development or related field
• OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Experience designing and delivering instructor-led and virtual learning programs
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consultation skills
• Ability to adapt to change and influence others through organizational transformation
• Ability to collaborate with operational leaders, SMEs, and business partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft365
• Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Available for travel
