Job summary

ALCO Management, Inc. in Memphis, TN, is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to design, deliver, and continuously improve learning programs across the organization.

Reporting to the Director of Learning & Development, this role leads onboarding, leadership development, and talent programs, with strong emphasis on instructional design, facilitation, and LMS operations. The position requires collaboration with leaders, subject matter experts, and a commitment to measurable results that

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field required.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, or related fields.
• Experience designing and facilitating instructor-led, virtual, blended, and digital learning programs.
• Experience administering Learning Management Systems and supporting learning operations.
• Strong collaboration with leaders and SMEs to translate business needs into learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, facilitate, and evaluate instructor-led, virtual, blended, and eLearning solutions including onboarding and leadership programs.
• Administer LMS and related learning technologies; manage enrollments, attendance, and data.
• Coordinate onboarding, leadership development, and talent programs; manage logistics and vendor relationships.
• Analyze learner feedback and metrics to drive continuous improvement of programs and processes.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to align learning with organizational goals.
