Job summary

Capital One seeks a Senior Manager to lead the Learning & Development Strategic Operations and Facilitation team. You will shape the operating model, prioritize data with partner teams, and guide a pod of approximately 5 full-time facilitators delivering flagship enterprise programs.

The role requires governance expertise, strategic facilitation leadership, and strong cross-functional relationship building to ensure scalable, impactful delivery of enterprise learning priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Information Technology, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field, or military experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, program management, or a combination of project planning, executing, tracking, and reporting.
• At least 3 years of experience in people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead & scale Facilitation Strategy across the enterprise.
• Direct and support a pod of ~5 full-time facilitators delivering key programs.
• Build an adjunct talent pool to expand capacity.
• Provide hands-on delivery support as a pinch hitter when needed.
• Evolve the operating model including intake, prioritization, and capacity modeling frameworks.
• Streamline cross-functional workflows and untangle complex handoffs.
• Proactively manage risk, bottlenecks, and operational issues.
• Lead the data ecosystem with analytics partners and prioritize data requests.
• Translate data into executive insights for MB R updates and leadership reports.
• Align leadership across centers of excellence to establish standards.
