Qualifications

• Three years of professional experience in adult training/education administration, training project management, or educational consulting.
• Ability to design and deliver adult training or education courses.
• Strong communication and data translation skills for performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, coordination and delivery of training across SPR.
• Analyze training data and translate findings into metrics and recommendations.
• Administer Cornerstone LMS including courses, sessions, rosters and reports.
• Develop onboarding workflows and supervisor training curricula.
• Support division-wide professional development programs (leadership, career development, RSJ, safety).
