Job summary

State of Washington DES is seeking an experienced DEI Development Manager to lead statewide DEI learning programs and enterprise training initiatives. You will ensure accessible, high‑quality learning experiences for a diverse public workforce and collaborate across agencies to expand opportunities.

You will mentor trainers, apply adult learning principles, and maintain curriculum fidelity while supporting continuous improvement in DEI education and leadership development.

Responsibilities
