Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in training, organizational development, or adult education.
• Demonstrated expertise in adult learning theory, curriculum design, and facilitation of large groups.
• Strong understanding of equity, diversity, and inclusion principles with experience applying an equity lens to training content.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training for staff within REACH’s Community Justice domain.
• Develop structured training modules with subject matter experts for internal trainings and external presentations.
• Schedule and track annual trainings and maintain a master training calendar.
• Act as liaison for annual HR trainings and design/improve staff training programs.
• Manage training budget and coordinate external consultants as needed.
• Ensure training programs align with harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and equity-centered practice.
