Job summary

Lam Research is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to design, develop, and deploy standardized, role-based training across global labs. You will collaborate with engineers and IT to create practical, scalable learning solutions and measure adoption across multiple languages.

You will lead end-to-end program delivery, analyze data for gaps, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. Hybrid work models are supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of instructional design experience in technical or regulated environments.
• Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Organization Development, or Adult Learning with 8+ years of experience; or PhD with 5+ years of experience.
• Proven ability to align learning programs with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning materials and supporting resources.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to curate or co-create relevant content.
• Apply instructional design principles to ensure scalable and engaging solutions.
• Manage program timelines, dependencies, and delivery risks for smooth execution.
• Own assigned learning programs end-to-end from needs analysis to rollout and improvement.
• Analyze learning data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
