Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years in learning & development or related field

- Experience delivering instructor-led and virtual learning programs
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consultation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and collaboration with stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate learning solutions that improve performance and readiness
- Consult with stakeholders to identify performance gaps and conduct training needs analyses
- Create engaging instructor-led and digital learning experiences
- Measure learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with leaders, SMEs, and business partners to align training with business objectives
