• Design and develop learning solutions across multiple modalities (eLearning, ILT, blended learning).
• Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to conduct needs assessments.
• Create design documents and training plans.
• Oversee translation efforts and measure learning effectiveness.
• Mentor other learning professionals to elevate team capabilities.
