Job summary

McKinsey & Company is looking for a senior Learning Design leader to design and develop a broad range of learning interventions using AI and data-driven insights. You will collaborate with Global L&D, regional teams, People, technology, and data to deliver high-impact programs.

You will lead end-to-end design and development, from needs assessment through creation of apprenticeship, AI-based coaching, instructor-led sessions, and deliberate practice.

Qualifications

• University degree in instructional/learning design or related field.
• 6+ years of instructional content development experience; professional services preferred.
• Deep learning science and human-development fluency in instructional design best practices.
• Ability to see a project as part of a larger development ecosystem.
• Experience with AI tools and agentic skills development.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and development of learning experiences.
• Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders, and Global/Regional L&D, tech and data teams.
• Apply AI and data to improve learning outcomes and efficiency.
• Design modular, reusable content with standards and guardrails.
