Bain & Company is seeking a Manager, Digital Learning Design to design and develop cutting-edge digital learning experiences. You will collaborate with content developers, SMEs, and vendors to deliver high-quality programs that align with Bain’s learning strategy and brand standards.

The role focuses on AI-enabled learning, instructional design best practices, and impactful, accessible learning experiences that meet business needs across global teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing digital learning using instructional design
• Experience with digital learning and media authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe Suite)
• Strong familiarity with instructional design methodologies and emerging learning technologies
• Concentration in learning technology, instructional design, or related fields
• Experience creating AI-assisted learning experiences or simulations

Responsibilities

• Design engaging digital learning experiences using evidence-based instructional design principles
• Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and translate topics into learning solutions
• Create storyboards, learning journeys, interactive modules, videos, and other assets
• Analyze learning data and feedback to measure effectiveness and drive improvements
• Oversee design, curation, and development of digital learning with SMEs
• Workplan and manage projects to deadlines; conduct QA and testing
