Job summary
Humana Inc. is seeking a Learning Design Lead to diagnose workforce skilling needs and translate technical gaps into practical learning solutions for the Tech organization.
You will collaborate with SMEs and Tech leaders to improve associate performance. As a senior individual contributor, you will design scalable, learner-centered experiences across ILT, VILT, eLearning, and microlearning, using performance consulting and AI-enabled tools.
Qualifications
- Experience designing end-to-end learning solutions for technical audiences.
- Ability to apply adult learning theory and instructional design models.
- Experience with performance consulting and stakeholder alignment.
- Proficiency with learning technologies and LMS configurations.
- Experience in IT/Tech environments is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose learning, performance, and workforce capability needs.
- Design and deliver learner-centered experiences across modalities.
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable tasks.
- Partner with Tech leaders, SMEs, and designers.
- Define success measures and evaluate outcomes.
- Configure and maintain LMS assets.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate design.
- Develop and prioritize the skilling roadmap.
- Provide consulting on learning requests.
- Communicate progress and risks to leaders.
- Provide LMS support as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
