Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 8+ years designing end-to-end learning solutions for technical audiences.
• 8+ years selecting and applying learning methods (ILT, VILT, eLearning, etc.).
• 5+ years defining learning success measures and evaluating impact.
• 5+ years applying instructional design, LXD, or performance consulting in a corporate/tech environment.
• Ability to create/edit multimedia assets with industry tools (Articulate, Captivate, Adobe Suite).
• Experience with LMS like Cornerstone OnDemand or similar.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose learning, performance, and workforce capability needs to identify skill gaps.
• Design and deliver learner-centered experiences across modalities (ILT, VILT, eLearning, microlearning, job aids).
• Translate complex technical concepts into role-relevant learning with SMEs.
• Build partnerships with Tech leaders and stakeholders without direct authority.
• Define success measures and evaluate outcomes using multiple data sources.
• Configure and maintain learning assets in LMS for accurate deployment and reporting.
• Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate analysis and content development with governance.
