Job summary

Stepful seeks a motivated Learning Program Manager to oversee curriculum development and content delivery as we scale our programs. As a Senior Learning Program Manager, you will drive meaningful learning outcomes for our students and report to the Head of Learning.

You’ll lead a team of curriculum developers and subject matter experts, establish quality controls, experiment with new modalities, and analyze data to continuously improve learner outcomes and program impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management or curriculum development, preferably in an education-technology environment.
• Experience in healthcare or nursing programs, and ability to break down complex technical concepts into digestible elements.
• Experience in instructional design, preferably in an online context.
• Thrive in a startup environment that requires scrappiness, resilience, and adaptability.
• Strong understanding of edtech, online pedagogy and adult learners’ needs.
• Analytical and data-driven decision making skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee content development projects, including refining existing programs and managing the successful launch of new programs.
• Lead a team of curriculum developers and subject matter experts to support content creation efforts.
• Establish and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure our educational programs consistently meet high standards of accuracy and relevance.
• Experiment with new content modalities to enhance student learning experience, including skills lab, simulation, etc.
• Conduct and analyze data on program performance, learners engagement and outcomes. Use data driven insights to make informed decisions and drive program improvements
