You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, run structured discovery, and lead an experimentation program with data-backed decisions. This hybrid role requires in-office presence in NYC three days a week.

Qualifications

• 10+ years product management experience building consumer-facing products.
• Proven success driving engagement, retention, or conversion at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for end-to-end student experience.
• Experiment with A/B tests to improve completion and outcomes.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to ship mobile-friendly experiences.
• Talk to students through interviews and feedback loops.
• Define success metrics: engagement, retention, completion, NPS, job placement.
• Use AI and automation to deliver personalized support at scale.
