Stepful is seeking a Senior Instructor Community & Excellence Manager to own teaching excellence and instructor experience across our healthcare programs. You will build systems, coaching workflows, and self-serve tools to improve classroom impact, working with Learning, Coaching Operations, and Product teams in a hybrid NYC setting.

You’ll lead 2–3 Instructor Quality Managers and serve as the org lead for Stepful's faculty network, shaping the frontline student experience across programs like

Qualifications

5+ years in instructional quality, curriculum, or education operations.
Experience leading large teams or contractor networks.
Background as a teacher with instructor language fluency.

Responsibilities

Define instructional excellence; build rubrics and cadences.
Create a thriving instructor community; foster sharing and recognition.
Develop self-serve tools and dashboards for real-time classroom impact.
Run recognition programs and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
Manage 2–3 Instructor Quality Managers and monitor network health.
Translate curriculum to effective classroom strategy; respond to gaps.
