Job summary

Stepful, Inc. in New York is seeking a visionary Head of Learning to define and execute our learning strategy across a growing portfolio of healthcare programs.

You will own curriculum development, instructional delivery, clinical rotation design, and student outcomes. Lead a team of curriculum developers and instructional designers and work with Product, Operations, Compliance, and healthcare partners to build scalable systems, use data to drive improvements, and expand access to high-demand

Qualifications

• 10+ years in online/blended learning or curriculum management.
• Experience in healthcare education, EdTech, or workforce development.
• Experience managing curriculum developers, instructional designers, SMEs or learning teams.
• Analytical mindset using data to improve learning experiences and outcomes.
• Ability to translate complex healthcare topics into clear learning experiences.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and strategy for Stepful’s learning offering based on learner needs and workforce demand.
• Develop and own the roadmap for new programs, curriculum improvements, assessments, and learning modalities.
• Lead end-to-end development and launch of high-quality online and blended programs.
• Build repeatable processes to develop, maintain, and improve curriculum across a growing portfolio.
• Develop new learning modalities and apply AI to personalize learning and engagement.
• Build relationships with healthcare employers, academics, and industry to understand needs.
• Partner with Operations, Compliance, and Workforce Solutions to incorporate feedback and shape the learning experience.
