Stepful is looking for a Director of Learning Programs to execute their learning strategy across healthcare programs. The role involves leading a team in curriculum development, instructional delivery, and continuous improvement of learning experiences.

The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in online learning, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for facilitating educational access. This is an opportunity to contribute to addressing the national shortage of healthcare workers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in online or blended learning, curriculum development, academic program management, instructional design, or education operations.
• Experience managing curriculum developers, instructional designers, or learning teams.
• Passion for helping students change their lives through access to education.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and strategy for Stepful’s learning offering.
• Develop and own the roadmap for new programs and curriculum improvements.
• Lead the development and launch of high-quality online and blended healthcare programs.
• Build repeatable processes to maintain and improve curriculum efficiently.
• Develop new learning modalities utilizing AI and emerging technologies.
• Build relationships with healthcare employers and industry organizations.
• Partner with Operations, Compliance, and Workforce Solutions.
