Job summary

Instructure, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Engineer to guide prospects through Canvas LMS and Instructure Learning Platform evaluations. You will present the platform, map customer goals to the right solutions, and deliver tailored demonstrations to diverse stakeholders.

You will collaborate with regional sales and government teams, travel up to 60%, and help craft technical responses for RFIs/RFPs while promoting instructional technology to transform teaching and learning.

Responsibilities

• Present the Instructure Platform as a product to corporate stakeholders.
• Discover and analyze customer goals and map to Platform solutions (Canvas LMS, Canvas Career, Canvas Studio, Canvas Catalog, Parchment Digital Badges, Impact by Instructure).
• Promote instructional technology to transform teaching and learning.
• Develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations that are simple but engaging.
• Lead in-depth, technical discussions with IT experts.
• Identify or develop solutions for unique technical or functional requirements.
• Understand and document customer requirements to support successful evaluation and implementation.
• Assist proposal writers with RFIs/RFPs responses.
