CSD is seeking a Learning Innovation Manager to lead the design, evaluation, and continuous improvement of learning experiences. You will leverage curriculum design, instructional technology, and data analytics to deliver high‑quality, scalable programs.

In collaboration with Education and Program Development, you will ground design decisions in rigorous data, optimize Canvas LMS and the conferencing platform, and align learning with employment outcomes. Remote work is supported for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience with instructional design methodologies and curriculum development.
• Hands-on experience administering Canvas LMS and web-based conferencing platforms.
• Strong data analytics skills with dashboards and actionable recommendations.
• Strategic thinking bridging data, design and technology.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsabilités

• Design, evaluate, and improve learning and program experiences.
• Partner with Education and Product Development to align curricula with goals.
• Lead pilot testing and iterate based on feedback.
• Develop and maintain content standards and templates.
• Administer Canvas LMS including enrollment, gradebook, and reporting.
• Manage web conferencing platform setup and troubleshooting.
• Pilot emerging edtech tools and AI-enabled learning tools.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors on integrations and upgrades.
• Train staff and facilitators on Canvas and conferencing tools.
• Create frameworks to measure impact and learner outcomes.
• Build dashboards translating data into leadership insights.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Align impact metrics with KPIs and funder reporting.
