Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-time work experience, preferably with experience in a corporate environment.
• Educational or professional background in instructional design, learning design, or related field.
• Experience in designing inclusive content for diverse audiences.
• Teaching experience in higher education.
• Experience in Advanced Computing and/or Math course areas.

Responsibilities

• Inform and update author content and pedagogy with perspective based in learning theory, currency, and career readiness.
• Serve as student journey and discipline-level learning design expert with editorial, strategy, marketing, authoring and content creation teams.
• Review content and update plans to align with quality standards, research insights, and established protocols.
• Design digital content to improve learning using platform, UX, and usage data insights.
• Advocate for improvements in accessibility, equity, and inclusivity in content and authoring.
• Collaborate with authors, subject matter experts, industry partners, and team members in curriculum development.
• Establish and maintain field tools and guidelines for content creation.
• Support freelance and vendor content creators to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Apply learning trends and research to continuously innovate learning designs and stay current with EdTech.
