You will lead competitive intelligence efforts, ideate content with authors and experts, and maintain author talent and documentation for strong program execution.

You will build benchmarks, collaborate cross-functionally, and address customer-reported blockers to ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications

BA or BS Degree required.

Responsibilities

Lead competitive intelligence gathering and content evaluation with partners.
Drive content ideation with authors and industry partners on projects.
Develop and maintain strategic docs, content tracking, and an author database.
Build competitive benchmarks to inform editorial strategy.
Serve as a key contact for content-related blocking issues and resolve them cross-functionally.
