Responsibilities

• Lead competitive intelligence gathering and content evaluation with partners; translate findings into strategic recommendations.
• Drive content ideation with authors, SMEs and industry partners based on market insights and trends.
• Develop and maintain strategic docs, content tracking, and an author talent database.
• Build and update competitive benchmarks to inform editorial strategy.
• Serve as key contact for customer-reported content issues; coordinate cross-functional resolutions.
