Cengage Group in the United States is seeking to fill a role on the Higher Education Editorial and Learning Team. You will craft impactful learning materials and align with strategic vision, working with authors, subject-matter experts, and industry partners to deliver projects.

Responsibilities include leading competitive intelligence, ideation, documentation, benchmarks, and resolving content-related blockers with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• BA or BS Degree required.
• Strong project-management and analytical abilities.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team's competitive intelligence gathering and content evaluation activities, collaborating with key partners to interpret findings into strategic recommendations and actionable insights.
• Drive content ideation with authors, subject-matter experts, and industry partners on select projects.
• Develop and maintain strategic documentation, content tracking, and an author talent database to support program execution.
• Build and update competitive benchmarks to inform editorial strategy and decision-making.
• Serve as key contact for customer-reported content-related blocking issues with cross-functional partners.
