Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 1+ year of related experience preferred.
• Experience with data and editorial workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead competitive intelligence gathering and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
• Drive content ideation with authors and subject-matter experts.
• Develop and maintain strategic documentation and an author talent database.
• Build and update competitive benchmarks for editorial strategy.
• Serve as key contact for customer-reported content issues and coordinate cross-functional resolution.
