Job summary

Briljent, Indianapolis, IN, seeks an Instructional Designer for remote, temporary staff augmentation. You will design training solutions aligned with objectives for a targeted audience, using ADDIE to develop materials including e-learning, documentation, and storyboards.

You will collaborate with clients and SMEs, write clear learning content, and manage multiple tasks while delivering engaging, educational material under supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, instructional technology, technical writing, or related field, plus 3+ years experience.
• Proven ability to develop learning tools including storyboards, content, documentation and e-learning.
• Strong writing and analytical skills to convert needs into training materials.

Responsibilities

• Create new and innovative training solutions including written content, systems documentation and e-learning.
• Develop quality training materials based on the ADDIE model of instructional design.
• Write course design documents, learning objectives, course content, activities, and assessments.
• Consult with team members, clients, and SMEs regarding training needs and best practices.
• Maintain source documents.
