Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Instructional Design or related subject or equivalent experience.
• 5-10 years of related work experience in content/instructional design; multi-unit, multi-media training programs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR, L&D, leaders, and SMEs to design, develop, and deploy learning solutions.
• Project manage instructional design projects from inception to completion; identify and support use of tech for remote training.
• Design multiple training projects; develop project plans, coordinate resources, vendors, and ensure timely completion.
• Follow up on activities to identify additional development needs.
• Create, deliver, and maintain leadership development materials, including in-person and online training.
• Partner with L&D to contract for outside training venues when needed.
• Provide feedback on training materials and courses.
• Develop and facilitate other training courses with other departments, including train-the-trainer programs.
• Contribute to long-term strategy for eLearning, mobile learning, and virtual classrooms.
• Audit and modify learning activities as necessary.
