Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Learning Consultant for a fully remote 14‑week contract in Cincinnati, OH. The LC will design, deliver, and evaluate large‑scale training and organizational change programs for diverse clients, with leadership over internal designers and client teams.

The role requires expertise in instructional design, adult learning theory, and modern training technologies, including ADDIE and Agile. Competitive hourly pay and temporary benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Expert in instructional design, adult learning theories, and emerging training technologies.
• Experience leading internal instructional design teams and client projects.
• Proficient with ADDIE, Agile, and learning measurement methods.
• Strong ability to analyze business needs and translate to training solutions.
• Knowledge of LMS integration and e-learning standards (SCORM/AICC).
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead needs assessment to analyze performance problems and gather data.
• Design curricula with objectives aligned to goals and stakeholders.
• Coordinate training delivery logistics; manage instructor assignments and LMS recommendations.
• Develop evaluation plans to measure impact on performance and goals.
• Mentor instructional designers and develop learning standards.
• Communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
