Regal Rexnord is seeking a Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence to deploy a high-performance operating system across PSI in Simi Valley, CA and CUU in Chihuahua, MX. This role leads daily management, problem solving, and a culture of accountability to drive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.

You will collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Materials to optimize layouts, shorten lead times, and sustain lean practices across both

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 7+ years of manufacturing, operational excellence, or continuous improvement leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success deploying Lean Manufacturing systems in complex manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading plant-wide transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing flow, factory design, and material movement optimization.
• Proven ability to coach leaders and drive cultural change.

Aufgaben

• Lead deployment of a high-performance operating system across PSI (Simi Valley, CA) and CUU (Chihuahua, MX).
• Develop daily management and KPIs focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, Productivity, and People.
• Coach leaders in Lean methodologies and structured problem solving.
• Optimize facility layouts and material flow to reduce lead times across both sites.
• Drive Lean transformation initiatives and cross-functional improvement events.
