Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Management to lead end-to-end supply management for PSI (Simi Valley, CA) and CUU (Chihuahua, MX). You will create an integrated operating model, strengthen supplier management, and drive resilience across sites.

The role requires hands-on leadership, data-driven decision making, and extensive cross-functional collaboration with planning, quality, engineering, and finance. On-site at designated offices with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10+ years in supply chain roles.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional work.
• Experience leading multi-site supply-chain activities in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, supplier performance, and ERP/MRP.
• Proven ability to use data and KPIs to improve delivery and cost.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply management across PSI and CUU, aligning priorities and metrics.
• Develop sourcing strategies for raw materials, castings, and components.
• Ensure material availability and optimize cross-site flow.
• Improve inventory turns and manage working capital with finance.
• Establish cross-site scorecards and drive Kaizen and digital improvements.
• Lead and develop the supply management team and governance.
