Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 8+ years planning and scheduling experience.
• 2+ years people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates and incorporates Lean principles and pull planning during schedule development and project construction.
• Leads detailed critical path analysis for problem projects.
• Assists with procurement and supervision of scheduling consultants.
• Guides planning group development of best practice standards.
• Leads and supports Change Management delays and claims.
• Maintains alignment of CPM master schedule with pull plan results.
