Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Scheduler in the Advanced Facilities Group to build and update schedules for large Industrial & Manufacturing projects. You will collaborate with project teams, ensure timing aligns with baselines, and support training and best practices in planning and scheduling.

The role requires 0–2 years of scheduling experience, a bachelor’s degree in CM or a related field (or equivalent experience), and proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in CM/engineering or related field.
• 0-2 years scheduling experience required.
• Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, build and update project schedules with the project team.
• Conduct schedule reviews and communicate results to the team.
• Participate in planning and scheduling phases from proposal to baseline and updates.
• Support Lean and Pull Planning aligned with CPM schedules.
• Provide scheduling reports to project teams.
