Job summary

JE Dunn Construction's Advanced Facilities Group is seeking a Scheduler to support core projects in data centers and manufacturing sectors. You will collaborate with project teams to develop and maintain schedules, applying lean planning to align CPM with pull plans.

The role requires 0–2 years scheduling experience, a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and comfort with JE Dunn scheduling software. Travel and non-traditional hours may be required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred).
• In lieu of the above requirements, equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 0-2 years scheduling experience (Required).

Responsibilities

• Prepares, builds and updates project schedules collaboratively with the project team.
• Performs schedule reviews to ensure best practices for scheduling are utilized and communicates feedback to the team.
• Participates in all phases of the construction planning & scheduling process, including baseline schedule and updates.
• Utilizes JE Dunn scheduling software.
• Assists with training for JE Dunn operations and content preparation for training.
• Assists with development of best practices for planning and scheduling efforts.
• Visits job sites to review status and update the project schedule.
• Supports Lean and Pull Planning sessions by aligning CPM with pull plan results.
• Provides planning and scheduling reports as required.
• Adds resource loading and cost loading to schedules when required.
• Supports operations, marketing and other IPS functions as directed.
