Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years progressively responsible disability claims experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain TPA licenses per policy.
• Strong leadership, training and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a claims team delivering exceptional service to clients and claimants.
• Ensure operations comply with federal and state requirements.
• Drive process improvements and client relations across blocks of business.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners on profitability of client blocks.
• Maintain continuous education and participate in audits and training.
